Indiana Leadership Association recognizes Beth Ann Archer
The membership and board of Indiana Leadership Association recognized Beth Ann Archer for her dedicated and outstanding contributions to the organization. Beth is the past president of the association. She is currently, the Executive Director of AgrIInstitute, a non-profit organization committed to building the leadership capacities of the Indiana’s agricultural and rural communities. Her involvement and passion is in those endeavors that strengthen people. Beth strongly believes that at the heart of all we do…..it is PEOPLE who want to make a difference. She is a Home Economics Education major from Purdue University with advanced work in the areas of education and public administration at Ball State and IUPUI. She and her husband are the parents of 6 grown children, and grandparents of two, soon to be four. Beth has a myriad of special interests that include everything from needlecrafts and sewing to reading to traveling.
